About Us

Jackson Hole Writers is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that supports and expands the literary community Jackson, Wyoming by providing unique educational programming, professional training, and creative impetus to writers.

Whether you’re an aspiring writer, an established professional, or simply an aficionado of great stories, we hope you’ll join us and celebrate… for the love of writing!

We have received grants from Arts for All (administered by Center for Wonder), from Teton County Library, from the Wyoming Arts Council, and from the Wyoming Humanities Council’s ThinkWY for specific workshops, and from Center for Wonder’s C3 grant program for workshops, and for the conference. We also have on-going partnerships and collaboration efforts with Teton County Library, Off Square Theatre Company, and Teton Literacy Center. Watch for those events on these pages.
